Fair warning: We tend to get carried away and might just light up the whole house if you let us! Depending on the complexity of your project, we'll provide a quote on the spot or send it to you for approval afterward.

 "Once the quote is approved and a 50% deposit is received, we'll schedule a day and provide an estimated time for our crew to install your lights. You don't need to be present during the installation, as long as we have access to your property. Just come home from work and enjoy your beautifully lit house—it's like we were never there!" 

 Although we use the highest quality lights with a superior reputation compared to traditional store-bought options, occasional issues can still arise—bulbs may burn out or strands might fall. But don't worry! All our light installations come with a 48-hour service guarantee to ensure everything stays perfect.

 After the holiday season, we'll reach out to schedule a time for taking down the lights. The takedown process is usually quick and efficient—you might not even notice we were there! Once the lights are removed, we store them in labeled bins specific to your home. A few months before the next Christmas, we'll contact you to arrange your display for another year of holiday magic.
